We also are pleased to announce a course for new lead administrators, the River, the Raft, and You, led by experienced colleagues Christine Scherding and Lisa Mahar, and designed especially for people new or nearly new to their schools and positions. See the flyer and information here. This is a limited offering for a small group (6-10 per cohort) so as to be able to help address particular situations.
It's not too soon to be thinking about Summer 2023 Art of Administration Leadership courses. being held in Maine July 16-21, Whidbey Island WA July 23-28 and Online July 3-7. See more information and register here.
Lastly, we conducted a facilitation and group decision making training with the London Waldorf School in December and it was a great success. If you might be interested in a sim ilar training, let us know.
We continue to be busy with our advisory, coaching, and mentoring work. We are making ourselves available for conversations (free of charge) for anyone who could use some support. In these times of great inner and outer disruption, we encourage you to continue your inner practices and seek others to speak with to find the insights and courage you need.
